Delivery & collection

We make every blind and curtain to your exact measurements in Cape Town, then courier it to your door anywhere in South Africa — or you can collect it free from our Maitland workshop. Ordering from Johannesburg, Durban and Pretoria? Each city page walks you through it.

Courier delivery

At checkout you choose how you’d like your order sent. The delivery cost is worked out live from your address and the size of your order, so you see the exact amount before you pay.

• Standard delivery — usually 2–3 working days once your order leaves our workshop.
• Express delivery — usually 1–2 working days once your order leaves our workshop.
• You’ll get tracking updates by WhatsApp and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Free collection in Maitland

Prefer to collect? Choose Local pickup at checkout and there’s no delivery charge. Collect from our workshop at Unit 2, The Meat Factory, 368 Voortrekker Road, Maitland, Cape Town, Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30 and Friday 08:00–15:00. We’ll let you know when your order is ready.

How long it takes to make

Everything is made to order, so delivery time is added on after it’s made:

• Indoor blinds — ready in about 5 working days (Designer fabrics about 15 working days).
• Wave curtains — ready in about 5–7 working days.
• Outdoor blinds — ready in about 10–15 working days.

Outside South Africa

We don’t courier across borders ourselves, but clients in neighbouring countries are welcome to order online and arrange their own courier to collect from our Maitland workshop.
