Made in our own workroom: Portobello sheers on a Papini track, with an optional blockout lining for the bedroom. The online designer takes widths up to 4 metres and drops up to 2.7 metres.

Outdoor free-hang blinds from R7,110
Johannesburg lives outdoors from September to April. A free-hang outdoor blind screens the patio or balcony from the low western sun and takes the edge off the wind, so the space stays in use through the season. Manual crank, or a ShawSmart or Somfy motor. Mode and Mode Zero screen fabrics carry a 10-year warranty.

Wood venetians (from R1,350) bring warm timber to the living rooms of Johannesburg’s established family homes. 35mm aluminium venetians (from R710) and retro 50mm venetians (from R1,133) wipe clean after a dusty August, which makes them the practical choice for kitchens and bathrooms. Delivery to Johannesburg

Every order is made in Cape Town and couriered to your door in Johannesburg. Indoor blinds are ready in about 5 working days (Designer fabrics about 15), wave curtains in 5–7 and outdoor blinds in 10–15. The courier then takes 2–3 working days to Johannesburg on Standard delivery, or 1–2 on Express. The courier charge is calculated at checkout for your address and the size of the parcel, so you see it before you pay. Once the order leaves our workshop you receive tracking by WhatsApp and SMS.

Our showroom and workshop are at The Meat Factory in Maitland, Cape Town, and our free in-home measure and installation service covers greater Cape Town only. We have no showroom, team or installers in Johannesburg. Johannesburg orders are supply-only: you measure, we make and courier, you fit.
