Our warranty

Made to measure, made to last — backed by a real warranty and 25 years of doing this.

What’s covered

• 2 years on our made-to-measure blinds, curtains and Altra shutters.
• 10 years on Urban and Taylor shutters, and on Mode Outdoor and Mode 0 screen fabrics.
• 5 years on SheerWeave 4500 and 4901 screen fabrics, and on motorisation.

Each warranty runs from the date we install your order, or from the date of delivery if you order online and fit it yourself.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. It doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. If something goes wrong, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
