Every blind and curtain is cut to your exact window, so ordering online should feel safe. Here’s how we make sure it is.
Order with confidence
Because your order is made to your exact measurements, custom-made items can’t be returned for change of mind (in line with the Consumer Protection Act for bespoke goods). That’s why we do everything to help you get it right first time.
RightFit mis-measure cover. Measure with our step-by-step guides, order free samples to check your colour, and order with confidence — if a genuine mis-measure happens, talk to us: we remake the blind or curtain to the right size at 20% off the full price. You pay 80% of a new one, not the whole thing again.
Faulty or damaged
If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

Not sure of a colour? Order free fabric samples before you buy, so there are no surprises.
